Premo, a Spanish developer and manufacturer of electronic components, and Delta Manufacturing Ltd., an Indian manufacturer of soft ferrite cores, have established a strategic joint venture aimed at enhancing the production and innovation of soft ferrite components for the electronics industry.
The collaboration leverages Premo’s expertise in inductive components and RFID technology with DML’s manufacturing capabilities in soft ferrite cores. The venture will focus on developing high-performance components to meet the growing demands of industries such as automotive, telecommunications, smart grids and the Internet of Things. The partners plan to combine research and development efforts to create cutting-edge soft ferrite components and use state-of-the-art production facilities and processes to ensure high-quality and reliable component supply to global customers.

They plan to establish a new manufacturing facility equipped with advanced technologies to support the development of next-generation soft ferrite components. The venture represents a first step towards Delta’s ambition to offer value-added products to OEMs and Premo’s vision to integrate ferrite-core design and manufacturing capabilities in its solution portfolio.
