Richardson RFPD, Inc. has announced immediate availability and full design support capabilities for the MDT series of multilayer ferrite chip power inductors from TOKO.
TOKO’s proprietary architecture creates extremely robust, magnetically-shielded, multilayer ferrite power inductors offer low resistance and high current handling in miniature footprint, low profile sizes ranging from 2.5 by 2.0 by 1.0 mm to 2.5 by 2.0 by 1.2 mm. With high efficiency through 10 MHz switching frequency coupled with the small size and low flux leakage, they are well-suited for space-constrained DC/DC converter applications in portable platforms.
The MDT series inductors are part of Richardson RFPD’s extensive stock of TOKO product families optimized for DC/DC converters that cross multiple architectures, including wire-wound, metal alloy, and these multilayer power inductors. The MDT series is RoHS-compliant and can be ordered in full 3K-piece reels or as cut tape.
Richardson RFPD’s design advisors provide extensive technical expertise and design-in assistance for TOKO products, including the MDT series of power inductors.
