Now with over 20 million products in stock, Master Magnetics, Inc. has enlarged and consolidated its headquarters facility in Colorado. Steadily growing for more than 40 years, the company has relocated nearby the site it has occupied since its founding in 1976 in Castle Rock, CO.
The move consolidates 85,000 sq. ft. of space in seven different buildings into one 99,00 sq. ft. facility. “Customer service has always been our primary concern and combining all of our Colorado production, warehousing and shipping operations in one location will allow us to maintain our high level of service as we grow,” said Jennifer Brown, chief operating officer. Its eastern USA branch in Marietta, OH, with 20,000 sq. ft. of production, warehousing and shipping, will still operate as usual a center for servicing the eastern section of North America, said Brown.
The new headquarters includes 84,000 sq. ft. of production and warehouse space, and 15,000 sq. ft. of office space. The move into the new location at 1211 Atchison Court, Castle Rock, CO 80109 took place in mid-2018.
“In addition to consolidating our Colorado operations, we are able to layout our warehouse and production areas for optimal efficiency and product flow now,” said Alex Onda, supply chain manager. “Which seven dock doors to simultaneously ship and receive product, we can accommodate the increased volume we expect as we execute our strategic sales growth plans.”
The company’s products are marketed under the Magnet Source brand and have evolved into four major channels of business.
Its line of industrial magnetic devices includes heavy duty neodymium lifting magnets used in manufacturing, magnetic sweepers, welding work holding magnets, separation magnets for food manufacturing and agricultural uses, and many more magnetic assemblies for lifting, holding, separation, clean-up and organizing.
Another product area encompasses flexible magnetic sheeting, strip and point-of-purchase magnets. This line includes wide-format, print-direct magnetic sheeting for vehicle signs, retail signage, and magnetic strip, sign holders and display components in retail point-of-purchase displays.

Raw magnetic material makes up the fourth line of business which comprises an extensive line of permanent magnets including rare earth magnets. Sold as raw materials, these magnets are commonly used as components for products made by other manufacturers.
