The broad frequency response is 30 Hz to 15 kHz and measures currents up to 40 Amps RMS continuous and 120 Amps intermittent. With an operating temperature of -55°C to 120°C, these magnetic devices are high reliability, long lasting and are excellent for low budget energy management and automation control.
API Technologies high sensitivity series of current transformers has been specifically designed for those applications where a low value of current is to be monitored. A primary winding is supplied (pins 1 & 2) which helps to increase the sensitivity of the transformer.
