At embedded world 2026, iC-Haus will present highly integrated system-on-chip solutions for optical and magnetic absolute encoders, as well as high-performance BiSS system components for industrial motion control applications. Highlights include iC-MUE, iC-RT2624, iC-MBE, and iC-NQE.
With the iC-MUE, iC-Haus introduces a new magnetic absolute system-on-chip encoder designed for hollow-shaft applications. Based on advanced Nonius technology, the device offers high angular accuracy, large mechanical tolerances, and easy installation. Its differential magnetic sensing, integrated calibration and correction functions, and versatile interfaces make the iC-MUE ideal for use in robotics and motor feedback systems operating in harsh environments.
The iC-RT2624 is a new SoC for optical absolute encoders featuring a powerful interpolator architecture with 26-bit resolution. Contamination-tolerant sensing, auto-calibration, and eccentricity compensation enable angular accuracy of better than 0.01°. Flexible code-disk designs starting at 20 mm diameter make the device particularly suitable for add-on and kit encoders.
With the iC-MBE, iC-Haus provides a compact BiSS/SSI master that simplifies the implementation of
BiSS and SSI Interfaces in platforms such as drives, PLCs, and robots. Short cycle times, bus capability,
and integrated diagnostic functions make the device ideal for condition monitoring and predictive
maintenance.
The portfolio is complemented by the iC-NQE, a highly integrated iC for signal conditioning and fast
sine-to-digital conversion for magnetic or optical sensors. Its use enables higher resolution and
accuracy in linear and rotary encoders, allows higher motion speeds, and improves the control
performance of drive systems.
