Astrodyne TDI Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Powertronix 

Astrodyne TDI, a designer of power conversion and management products based in Hackettstown, New Jersey, has acquired Powertronix which specializes in toroidal transformers, AC and DC inductors, and power distribution equipment. The move brings a new dimension to Astrodyne’s portfolio.

Powertronix provides power transformers, specialty transformers, power solutions, and AC and DC inductors for OEMs in medical, industrial and semiconductor fabrication equipment markets worldwide including complex and tightly regulated applications such as robotic-assisted surgery.
