Altair Named Simulation-Driven Innovation Partner of CWIEME Berlin

Altair, a provider of electromagnetics simulation software for motor, generator and transformer design, has signed an agreement with CWIEME Berlin 2020 establishing the company as the conference’s official simulation-driven innovation partner for the third consecutive year. Recently postponed due to Coronavirus, the event is now set to be held June 30-July 2 at Messe Berlin.

Altair will give a keynote presentation at the CWIEME e-mobility stage, dedicated to simulation-driven development for e-mobility. The company will also host a dedicated technical session with presentations from customers and Altair experts. The presentations will provide insight into simulation-driven design and state-of-the art product development of electric products, including e-motors and transformers. Subjects covered will include multiphysics simulation, low frequency electromagnetic motor design solutions, and thermal and structural simulation.
