PulseR Ruggedized Solutions, a manufacturer of magnetic components for aerospace, military and other industries, held a grand opening ceremony recently to celebrate the opening of its new headquarters facility in Bristol, PA.
Sarah Harris, CEO and general manager, shown third from left, accepted a Congressional Recognition from Pennsylvania U.S. Representative Brian Fitzpatrick, and the engineering team took guests on a tour highlighting the advancements in automation and testing capabilities housed in the new facility.
Certified under AS9100D, the building is now home to PulseR’s U.S. manufacturing operations as well as its global headquarters. The company also has offices in China and Singapore. Formerly the Military & Aerospace Business Unit of Pulse Electronics, the company was established more than 70 years ago, and today specializes in providing high-reliability signal and magnetic components for defense, aerospace, automotive, medical and power management applications.
Its array of sophisticated test equipment and highly automated production equipment allow it to ramp up quickly for high-volume manufacturing as needed. In May, PulseR was awarded Raytheon’s 4 Star Supplier Excellence Award as a world-class manufacturer of magnetic components that supports many Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems programs.
