Immersion Cooling Ready Magnetics Components
ITG’s immersion cooling solutions enable critical power components to operate efficiently under high thermal loads. The advanced magnetics components, including power bead inductors for AI applications, are engineered to enhance thermal management by being fully submersible in a cooling liquid, significantly improving performance and processing speeds.
Mid-tier PFC Chokes
ITG will also showcase its Mid-tier PFC Chokes, designed to provide an economical yet high-performance solution for power factor correction. These chokes balance cost and efficiency while ensuring stable power delivery in industrial and automotive applications. For example, ITG’s PFC219167DSeries PFCs are suitable for applications with continuous conduction requirements in the 1,000-5,000 Watt range, viable for Inductance ranges from 107-2200uH, and can handle voltage surges as high as 400VDC.
Power Block Power Modules
Engineered for maximum efficiency and reliability, ITG’s dual- phase, 80 Amp 12V to core Block Power Modules are designed and developed for high-density AI data center applications. While the dual-phase power module’s 10x9mm footprint is industry standard, its 6.5mm profile is substantially shorter than most competing components, whose height is typically in the 8mm range. The result is a solution that leaves room for more air flow space, or for incorporating additional thermal transfer material between the power module and system heat sink.
1K Watt 1/4 Brick Power Module
The 1K Watt 1/4 Brick 48V to 12V high-efficiency power module provides robust performance in compact spaces. Designed for high-power density applications, the component ensures consistent power delivery in telecom, cloud computing, and other high-demand environments. Later this year, ITG Electronics plans to introduce a 1.6K Watt 1/4 Brick version.
