Bel Fuse Moves Quickly to Acquire Mumbai-based EOS for $7 Million

Bel Fuse, a supplier of products that power, protect and connect electronic circuits, has acquired power supply manufacturer EOS of Mumbai, India. The deal closed March 31 for $7 million cash from funds on hand. EOS operates a 56,000 square foot facility in Mumbai and has about 400 employees, making its own line of power supply products as well as custom assemblies including magnetic assemblies. It will become part of Bel’s Power Solutions & Protection group.
