After a long and successful career at Rubadue Wire, including 13 years as company president, Sue Welsh has announced her retirement. Current vice president, Sean Toland, will assume the title of president. He has been involved with many aspects of the company for 15 years. “I am excited and honored to be chosen for this role.We have a great team at Rubadue Wire. we are ready for the next chapter in our history.” Toland said. “I look forward to implementing a strategy that makes us the most trusted supplier in our markets. As my co-workers and I tackle the challenges and opportunities ahead, we remain committed to exceeding all expectations, both internally and with our strong company base.”
Welsh has been integral in leading the company through many years of growth, including its 2018 move to a larger manufacturing facility in Loveland, Colorado, and expanding Rubadue into emerging technologies and global markets.

As I look forward to the next stages of my life, I am confident in the succession plan for my company.” she said. “My father, the founder of the company, would no doubt be proud of what a success his company has become.
