ITG Electronics, a leading manufacturer of magnetics and EMI filters, has announced the release of its new RL858583 Series Resonant Inductors, a ferrite-based, high-current inductor family designed for superior efficiency and performance in resonant power applications.
Engineered for demanding power electronics environments, the RL858583 Series delivers an inductance range of 6.8μH to 22.0μH with a tight 5% tolerance. The series supports currents up to 39A with approximately 30% roll-off, offering exceptional current handling in a compact DIP package. With a rated voltage of 600VAC/1000VDC and dielectric strength up to 4500VDC, the inductors are built for durability and reliability under high-stress operating conditions.
The RL858583 Series features low DCR values (3.94mΩ–17.40mΩ) and ACR values (70mΩ–200mΩ), minimizing power loss and ensuring high efficiency across a range of frequencies. The inductors operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +130°C and are RoHS and Halogen-Free compliant, meeting today’s environmental and performance standards.
