GCi Technologies has released a transformer approved for use with Linear Technologies new LTC3300-1 Bidirectional Multicell Battery Balancer.
G128057LF uses a standard EP13 SMT package for a compact, low cost design. This transformer has a 1:1 turns ratio with other turns ratios available to match the number of secondary cells in the battery stack. Its efficient design results in extremely low leakage, low DCR, high peak current capacity and high reliability. G128057LF’s rugged construction allows for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with derating. Available in bulk or tape and reel packaging.
