Adams Magnetic Products Co. has announced the hiring of Justice Parrotte as Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. Reporting to Adams COO John Cosmas, Parrotte will oversee the company’s Quality Assurance Department and staff.
In this role, Parrotte will lead and champion Adams’ quality and reliability system and initiatives to ensure the company continues delivering optimum quality and continuous improvements. Parrotte will also manage the company’s compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental standards.

Parrotte comes to Adams with 25 years of quality assurance experience in both the industrial and automotive industries, most recently serving as the Quality Manager for Piston Automotive and Android Industries. He brings substantial expertise in the quality management system requirements for the design and development, production and, when relevant, installation and service of automotive-related products.
Parrotte earned his M.B.A at the University of Phoenix and holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and can be found hiking, biking, or running.
