Magnetic Instrumentation Announces President and CEO Transition

Magnetic Instrumentation, Inc. has announced that Todd McMullen, president and CEO, has stepped down from the role, but will continue to remain as a technical advisor to the new management team.  Additionally, Mr. David Miller has been named the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Todd McMullen has been in the magnetics industry for more than 31 years, 21 years with Magnetic Instrumentation, Inc., has led MI for the last 15 years, and guided the company through many industry changes and new product innovations to a current position of financial strength and market leadership.  Todd will remain with the company as a technical advisor.

David Miller has been in the magnetics industry for more than 20 years.  David has held various technical and management positions during his fifteen years with Magnequench.  His last position was the director of research and development at Molycorp Magnequench.  Prior to working at Magnequench, Mr. Miller worked at CTS Automotive and Magnetic Instrumentation, Inc.  David has a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. David brings a wealth of knowledge of the magnetics industry, advanced technical skills in magnetic materials and applications and strong management experience.
