CWIEME Americas, North America’s only dedicated event for the supply chain of coil winding, electric motors, transformers, and generators will take place at DESCC Chicago from September 17-18, 2019. With more than 100 exhibitors from the electrical manufacturing sector, including global leaders such as Broomfield, ELANTAS, Huntsman, Marsilli, Megger, Odawara Automation, Orchid International, and Superior Essex.

Offering networking opportunities for industry experts, CWIEME Americas kicks off with an Opening Party at the Hofbräuhaus Chicago on Monday evening, September 16. The trade show opens to visitors on Tuesday, September 17 and Wednesday, September 18.
CWIEME Americas will be attended by over 20 industry leaders and experts for keynote presentations across both days. Speakers include executives from National Electrical Manufacturers Association, Global Sourcing & Strategy, SPX, Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, and LCT Development.
In addition to the comprehensive CWIEME conference program and parallel to the show, CWIEME Americas, has partnered with Optimized Program Service (OPS) in a hands-on technical workshop for those wanting to learn and review the basic principles of transformer design and utilize OPS programs more effectively. The specialized workshop “Basic Principles of Transformer Design: Derivation & Application of the Equations Used in the Transformer Design Process” is an all-day workshop on Wednesday, 17 September. The workshop requires a separate registration with OPS.
